When are invoices due and when will my account or my credit card be charged?

We charge your bank account or your credit card on the day the invoice is due. The due date for your invoice depends on the following:

• Invoices for new orders are due on the day the order has been fulfilled.
• Invoices for domain name renewals are created 21 days before the end of the term and are due 14 days before the end of the term.
• Invoices for renewals of other products (e.g. hosting, protection) are created 14 days before the end of the term and are due 14 days later.
• If you have arranged for post-payment, your invoices will be due after 14 days.
